Job Description:

In this role you will:

• Carry a caseload, Work supervising and coordinating activities of social service agency staff.
• Assigning caseloads and coordinating activities of staff in providing counseling services to assist clients with problems of emergency or crisis nature.
• Support assist agency staff members in analyzing case problems. Review case records, evaluate performance of staff members, and participate in developing and implementing agency administrative policy. assist in developing safety plans for families during crisis and emergencies
• Lead development of safety plans for families during crisis and emergencies, train new employees in specific areas as well as in-service trainings for experienced workers and represent the agency in the community or in inter-agency administrative policy.
• Coordinate with caseworkers in the family court setting in making recommendations, handling emergency placement and forming emergency service plan for Neglect, PINS and JD youth.

Qualifications: 
The ideal candidate is required to have:

• Bachelors in Human Services   
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in community based family services, with a preferred background in the provision of preventive services 
• Excellent computer skills, Excellent organization skills
• Flexibility of schedule a MUST
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
