What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Vocational Specialist - Per Diem position at Access-Supports for Living?
Location: Middletown, NY
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Hours: Per Diem - No weekends
Job Description:
- Provide individualized pre-vocational services to individuals with a developmental disability
- Assist clients to achieve valued outcomes
- Arrange individual and group activities to aid clients to achieve service goals
- Daily documentation of services provided according to OPWDD regulations
- Provide monthly summary of client progress according to OPWDD regulations
- Record attendance and time in/time out of program
- Responsible for coordinating down time activities
-Experience with I/DD population
-Bilingual English Spanish speak is a plus
- Valid Driver's License
