Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Rate of Pay : $22.50 per hour

Percent of Travel Required: This position entails regular travel to our PROS sites located in Middletown, New Windsor, Hyde Park, and Millbrook (All throughout Dutchess County)

Job Description: 

• Supervises and supports the PROS Employment Services team
• Collaborates with PROS Clinical Team Leaders at the five PROS locations
• Ensures positive program outcomes by working side-by-side with PROS Employment Specialists
• Participates in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Verifies employment specialists’ case notes are completed within 72 hours and conducts periodic audits for timeliness, clarity and accuracy
• Collects client outcomes on a monthly basis and works with third-party researchers to monitor and assess program’s success
  • Reviews outcomes for PROS with AD
  • Sets goals for team members focused on continuous improvement
  • Reviews individual outcomes with each practitioner and develops plans for improvement
  • Helps employment specialists refine their skills to improve outcomes
• Evaluates staff performance adhering to ASFL’s performance evaluation process and timetable
• Ensures staff are up to date on all mandatory trainings
• Provides supported employment services to a caseload of 8-10 individuals
• Performs other duties as identified by AD

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supported employment and working with people with disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses.
• Prior supervisory experience and proven leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and engagement skills
• Valid NY State Driver's License

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates required
