Job Title: Psychosocial Rehabilitation Provider
Location: Orange and/or Sullivan County, NY
Rate of Pay: $15.30 per hour
Hours: Per Diem

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Provider to join our innovative team. As a PSR Provider, you will work with children and families to help restore, rehabilitate, and support their developmentally appropriate functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide community-based services to children and families in their homes and communities.
- Offer support and guidance in areas such as social and interpersonal skills, daily living skills, and community integration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in children's mental health, addiction, foster care, and/or related human services field.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Ability to complete Mandated Reporting self-directed online training.
- Willingness to work late afternoons, evenings, and some weekends.
