Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring a Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our expanding administrative team. You will greet and welcome guests, as well as assist our customers with a variety of requests—compensation up to $20 / hour.
What You'll Be Doing as an Admin Assistant – Customer Service :
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, directing visitors to the appropriate person.
- Handles customer communication, both for phone and walk-in clients, providing exceptional customer service in each interaction.
- Provide support to the sales team in a timely and professional manner.
