As a Hybrid Driver/Warehouse Specialist at Access TCA, you will play a crucial role in our logistics team. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering confidential documents to clients, assisting with vehicle loading and unloading, processing orders, and investigating any discrepancies. Your day will be filled with variety, including working in a warehouse environment, driving to client locations, and interacting with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Load company vehicles with materials, recycling bins, and boxes full of confidential documents for delivery.
• Use wireless scanning technology to process incoming orders and deliver documents to clients.
• Resolve any order discrepancies for incoming or outgoing orders and prepare necessary paperwork.
• Work closely with the Transportation Team to ensure smooth delivery and collection of documents and materials.
