What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality psychiatric care to adult patients in an inpatient setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute personalized treatment plans
- Engage directly with patients and families to support their mental health journey
- Prescribe, titrate and monitor psychotropic medications
- Participate in a collaborative approach of patient management using the knowledge and clinical resources of every member of the health care staff to provide the resolution of diagnostic and therapeutic problems and the implementation of effective solutions
- Participate in administrative or clinical meetings during scheduled hours
- Organize care delivery in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team in a manner that promotes continuity and accountability for patient care

What We’re Looking For:
- Current PMHNP-BC certification and Washington state license/DEA
- Two years of inpatient work experience as a PMHNP
- A passion for mental health care and the ability to work on-site as part of the team
- Provider will provide treatment Monday-Friday starting at 8am PST
- Relocation package
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- 120 hours PTO, 40 hours sick time/year
- $1,500 toward your CMEs
- Collaborating and supervising physicians provided
- Will pay to get your licensed in other states
