Job Summary : Reporting to the HR Director, the Human Resources Coordinator will support all HR functions and processes, representing the HR Department professionally and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and recruit applicants, post job openings, and coordinate interviews.
- Educate applicants on position details and benefits.
- Conduct reference checks and background checks.
- Assist with new employee orientation and training.
- Manage employee documentation processes.
- Perform daily office duties and HR file audits.
- Maintain training tracking surveys and records management.
- Ensure I-9 compliance and coordinate training sessions.
- Support intern and volunteer programs.
- Update staff phone lists and organization charts.
- Assist with safety committee meetings and OSHA compliance.
- Support annual benefits Open Enrollment and Flu Shot Clinics.
- Coordinate TGIF program and special events.
- Gain knowledge of HRIS Systems (iSolved preferred).
