As an RN Field Supervisor, you will oversee the care of our clients and supervision of staff in Auburn and Syracuse areas. You will ensure our clients receive high quality care while encouraging independence and wellbeing, supporting and supervising staff in the client's home and supporting family members.
The ideal candidate will:
- Supervise and support direct care staff in the client home.
- Monitor and encourage client health and well-being.
- Support family members.
- Perform health assessments using diligence and strong evaluation skills.
- Show compassion for others.
- Demonstrate punctuality, initiative, and excellent time management.
- Liaison between Community Providers and Client

Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted RN License
- Valid NYS Driver's License
