Job Description
Access Wireless Data Solutions is a value-added Reseller/Distributor for high quality cellular based modems and routers utilized in machine-to-machine (M2M), IoT solutions. We represent a broad cross section of products from the leading OEMs in the industry.
We are seeking a highly motivated technically oriented individual to join our growing team. The responsibilities for this position include assistance with pre and post sales customer support, service calls and other technical related activities, including hands-on set up of cellular modems and routers. Prior skills in working with Cradlepoint, Semtech (formerly Sierra Wireless), Digi and Peplink routers and modems is preferred. Communication skills including written and conversational are required. After a 90-day evaluation period, we provide medical vision and dental insurance, 401K and paid vacation and holidays. The position is full time, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Basic Requirements:

Technical Requirements:
- Cellular experience in M2M and IoT is preferred.
- Technical support experience in cellular and/or networking technology.
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to deliver technical presentations to virtual audiences.
- Understanding of how switches, routers and access points work.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, Port Forwarding, VPN, Firewalls, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi routing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
