accessAbilities, a local Human Services agency, is hiring an Intake Specialist in the Export, PA area.
This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
The Intake Specialist organizes the referral process for assigned area for children entering the First Steps Early Intervention (ER) Program and maintains child's electronic record in Consumer Services Information System (CSIS).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- Two (2) years related experience in a Human Services field
- Demonstrated ability to complete basic computer tasks or Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Current driver’s license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle as needed
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent (60 Credits) from college/university or technical school and one (1) year related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Intervention, Early Childhood Special Education, Early Childhood
