CDPA Coordinator
Reports to: Associate Executive Director, CDPA
Location: Onondaga County
Pay Rate: $18.00 Hourly
Schedule: M-F: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Our focus is supporting individuals by ways of residential housing, mental health and clinical services, and immersing our participants in community engagement. Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and3 administrative buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist current and new consumers and personal assistants (PA) register for CDPAP services.
- Provide consumer onboarding and training
- Assist PAs in registering through PPL system
- Assist with PA onboarding and training
- Assist PAs who want to work ‘relief’ to register their names and contact information
- Follows Agency standards and procedures
- Maintains compliance applicable rules and regulations
- Provides person-centered, quality services
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma/GED preferred. One year experience working in customer service or working with people with disabilities preferred.
Conditions of Employment
Must have transportation necessary to meet program needs.
