- Assessing and documenting residents' health status.
- Reporting significant changes to the care team.
- Supervising Resident Care Assistants.
- Coordinating care with community providers.
- Preventing elder abuse and responding to emergencies.
- Current LPN license and CPR certification.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience with the elderly is desirable.
