Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing care on patient units under the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure adherence to nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage personnel, supplies, and maintain a safe environment.
- Current RN Massachusetts Licensure.
- BSN preferred; 3-5 years in rehabilitation/hospital care.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Certifications in Rehabilitation Nursing, ACLS, and BLS desired.
