Physical Therapist - Full Time

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a senior living community in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. The role involves evaluations, recerts, discharges, progress notes, and treatments for various diagnoses in skilled nursing, long-term care, short-term rehab, and memory care.

• Full-time position (30-40 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
