Shift: Days

Sign on Bonus: $15,000

We seek a Physical Therapist to provide ethical, cost-effective management and delivery of physical therapy services. Responsibilities include:

• Interpreting referrals and developing/modifying patient care plans.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and coordinating care with clinical teams.
• Directing Physical Therapy Assistants and ensuring quality treatment.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• BLS or CPR certification required.
• Effective communication skills in English.
