Weekend RN Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY: Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing activities in compliance with state and federal standards. Ensure quality care is maintained at all times.

Essential Job Functions

• Comply with employment rules and standards.
• Supervise nursing staff, resolve conflicts, and manage staffing needs.
• Review and ensure adherence to doctors orders for resident care.
• Oversee resident assessments and coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
• Manage family concerns and update management on important resident situations.
• Enter admission orders for new residents and assist in emergencies.
• Request necessary supplies for the unit.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS: Must be a licensed RN in Florida with at least one year of supervisory experience and CPR certification.

PREFERRED BEHAVIORS: Dedicated, team player, detail-oriented, and a leader.

PREFERRED MOTIVATIONS: Self-starter.
