As a Technical Implementation Manager for accessFlow and AccessWidget at accessiBe, you will be at the forefront of driving success for our pioneering web accessibility solutions.
Following the sale, you will lead the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional customer experience. you will play a pivotal role in onboarding and implementation activities, championing customer satisfaction and product success.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Implementation Leadership
- Guide new clients through the implementation of accessFlow and AccessWidget, focusing on the advanced integration needs of upmarket clients.
- Offer technical expertise throughout the implementation phase, tackling challenges and ensuring solutions meet client expectations.
- Guide the customer on accessibility best practices and educate on accessibility
- Facilitate feedback loops with the product team, recommending improvements or new features based on insights gathered from clients’ experiences.
- In addition to feedback loops with the product team, conduct work on product enhancements, bug resolution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation guides and status reports to ensure transparency and quality standards.
Customer Success Support
- Act as a technical consultant, helping customer support and customers optimize their use of accessFlow and AccessWidget.
- Provide training and support to ensure customer-facing teams are proficient in utilizing our solutions and comprehending web accessibility principles.
- Resolve technical inquiries, aiming for high satisfaction levels and successful product adoption and renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- 3 years of experience in a post-sales engineering role, with a focus on technology or web accessibility. (WCAG)
- Proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs,)
- Familiarity with GCP, NoSQL databases, CI/CD practices, and web accessibility standards
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
- Agile problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
