You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success

Position Highlights:
- Monday – Thursday (6:30 am - 5 pm) ; Friday (7 am to 12 pm)
- Insurance and benefits including dental, health, and 401K with matching options.
Responsibilities:
- Apply for construction permits
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan, schedule and help organize field crew appointments
- Answer inbound telephone calls
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass state and federal background checks as well as child abuse clearances
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of Google Sheets
