Program Coordinator

We are seeking a Program Coordinator for one of our locations in Duluth, MN. $22 hourly wage and outstanding benefit package that includes - Health/Dental Insurance, Daily Pay, Life Insurance, Paid Time off, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Wellness Rebate, Education reimbursement and more!The Program Coordinator will assist the Program Manager in ensuring that the tasks outlined on resident care plans are completed and documented; observe the work of direct support staff to ensure compliance with established training and care delivery standards; assist with schedule changes; and ensure that documentation is prepared in compliance with policies and regulations. The Program Coordinator will also provide quality personal care services and health-related services to adults with disabilities in community settings designed to ensure that residents reach or maintain their highest level of independence, in accordance with the mission of ASI. Qualifications: A two-year-degree in a social services area of study or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Minimum of two years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a rehabilitation or transitional long-term-care setting. The ability to model excellent work behaviors and team-oriented problem solving. Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner and abide by all organizational and program policies in order to maintain the integrity of the program and assure the best quality cares and support for the residents. Ability to maintain and properly safeguard confidential data and information. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities. Ability to accompany and/or transport residents within the community.
