What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Maintenance Technician position at Accessible Space?
We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Regional Maintenance Technician based out of Saint Paul, MN. Regional Maintenance Technician duties:
Maintenance and repairs
Complete visits to all assigned properties at least quarterly
Keep accurate records of completed work orders reports, site inspections etc.
Purchase needed supplies and materials
Prepare vacant units for occupancy - Inspect units for damage, repair and note deficiencies
Regional Maintenance Technician qualifications:
Minimum of three years general maintenance and/or construction trade experience
Strong mechanical skills and an ability to perform routine buildings and grounds maintenance both indoors and outside
HQS (Housing Quality Standards) certification upon hire or within 90 days of hire
Move from site to site throughout the day and to transport tools and equipment
Able to travel to all assigned properties, as required (across the United States by air or ground)
Self-initiate tasks and work independent of direct supervision
