Analyst – Acquisitions & Asset Management (Entry-Level)
Location: Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Charlotte team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both acquisitions and asset management while supporting the full investment lifecycle of commercial real estate assets. You will work closely with senior team members and be exposed to a wide range of institutional-level real estate transactions and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in underwriting potential acquisitions by building and maintaining detailed financial models.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and property-level due diligence.
- Support the asset management team with property performance tracking, leasing updates, and variance analyses.
- Prepare materials for internal investment committee presentations and investor reporting.
- Help monitor industry trends, local market dynamics, and key financial metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, and capital markets professionals.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of professional experience in real estate, finance, or related fields (internships welcome).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency with Excel. Argus experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
