Human Resources Assistant

• Accident Care Chiropractic and Massage is looking for a Human Resources Assistant.

• In this role, you will assist the HR department in day to day tasks.
• Assisting the manager in recruitment, hiring, and termination processes.
• Developing learning programs to address performance gaps employees may face.
• Ensure that HR policies are up to date and comply with state labor laws and regulations.

• Self-starter and independent.
• Ability to focus on patient goals independently.
• Using experience to better connect with candidates.
• Communicate effectively in group gatherings and with other team members.
• Ability to connect well and quickly network with others.
• Using customer service skills to professionally speak with clients and patients.
• Using communication skills to identify and contact prospective business partners that would be beneficial to the organization.
• Consistency in connecting with prior partners to maintain a professional relationship for future services.
• Writing weekly reports to communicate tasks completed to management.

• No experience is necessary.
• Reliable transportation.
• One year of experience in Customer Service Management (CRM) and software inputting.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Bilingual speaking is a plus.
