Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Conduct Product Demonstrations: Present EMR solutions to potential clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their specific needs
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers to foster trust and loyalty
- Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify pain points and recommend appropriate EMR solutions
- Prepare Proposals and Contracts: Develop and deliver customized proposals, pricing options, and contracts that align with client needs and budget
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and technical teams to ensure a seamless sales process and positive client experience
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of developments in the healthcare and EMR markets, as well as competitor offerings, to effectively position our solutions
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology or EMR systems
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel
