The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to drive the sales of our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Position Summary : The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our EMR solutions to healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping healthcare organizations improve efficiency and patient care through technology. Key Responsibilities : Prospect and Generate Leads : Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Conduct Product Demonstrations : Present EMR solutions to potential clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their specific needs. Build and Maintain Relationships : Establish and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers to foster trust and loyalty. Understand Client Needs : Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify pain points and recommend appropriate EMR solutions. Prepare Proposals and Contracts : Develop and deliver customized proposals, pricing options, and contracts that align with client needs and budget. Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, customer support, and technical teams to ensure a seamless sales process and positive client experience. Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis. Stay Informed on Industry Trends : Keep abreast of developments in the healthcare and EMR markets, as well as competitor offerings, to effectively position our solutions. Qualifications : Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology or EMR systems. Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulatory environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
