Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Manage medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure timely access to care.
- Utilize electronic health record systems, such as Practice Fusion, for efficient documentation and patient tracking.
- Collaborate with administrative and clinic teams when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Reliable and punctual are essential.
- Medical background is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Google docs, Excel, Word.
- Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
