We are excited to invite a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated and collaborative team of clinicians and administrators. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in center, home and community settings, providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals and families across one of our service locations. This is a W2 role with competitive compensation.
As a key member of our clinical team, the BCBA will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and supervising ABA treatment plans. You will work directly with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress to ensure effective interventions. Additionally, the position involves supervising RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), providing guidance and support to ensure they are delivering quality care to clients.

Duties
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training for RBTs and other staff members.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate with families and caregivers to provide education, guidance, and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and improvement of our services.
- Assist with center based services and programming as needed
- Participate in company training
- Apply ABA research to stay at the forefront of the field
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS) in PA
- Actively Certified as a BCBA from the Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education or similar field
- Experience conducting assessments, supervising therapists, and implementing behavior support plans across ABA settings
