What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Provider position at Acclaim Health Services, Inc?
We are currently seeking a provider to work with 2 client same house for total 17.5 hrs Friday 2:30-5:30pm and Saturday & Sunday 8-3:15pm. One of the client suffers from dementia and the other is on A wheel but mobile still. They requires a caregiver who is patient, able to bathe, able to prepare regular meals such as fideo, scrambled eggs, etc., and also capable of assisting with day-to-day cleaning tasks. The caregiver may also be needed to assist with personal care, such as changing the client.

Buscamos un cuidador para dos clientes en la misma casa, con un total de 17 horas y media, los viernes de 2:30 a 5:30 pm y los sábados y domingos de 8:00 a 3:15 pm. Uno de los clientes padece demencia y el otro usa silla de ruedas, pero aún puede moverse. Se necesita un cuidador paciente, que sepa bañarse, preparar comidas habituales como fideos, huevos revueltos, etc., y que también pueda ayudar con las tareas de limpieza diarias.
