What are the responsibilities and job description for the Provider position at Acclaim Health Services, Inc?
We are currently seeking a provider to work a total 24.5 hrs Friday 10-4:30pm and Saturday-Monday 10-4pm. The client suffers from dementia and requires a caregiver who is patient, able to prepare regular meals such as fideo, scrambled eggs, etc., and also capable of assisting with day-to-day cleaning tasks. The caregiver may also be needed to assist with personal care, such as changing the client. Client is bed bound.
