- Open and sort mail.
- Learn mail processes.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support administrative functions, and other duties as assigned.
- Conduct research and collect data as needed to support various projects.
Summary
As an Office Clerk, you will be essential in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring efficient workflow within our organization. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will utilize your skill set organizing and sorting mail, scanning documents, typing, and computer proficiency to manage incoming mail. Additionally, your relevant experience in customer service, and Office 365 will contribute to the effective handling of office tasks. Join our team to help maintain a productive and organized office environment.
Education and Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 years’ experience of administrative support related experience. Accurate data entry and 10 key skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency of computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, internet. Willingness to learn billing software, and our programs used at Acclaim. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills and a positive work attitude. Adherence to HIPAA Compliance Policies related to job responsibility. Personal integrity and commitment to Acclaim’s mission, values, and provision of service.
