**Position: Supply Chain Manager**
This role is responsible for leading the Procurement, Replenishment, and Logistics arms of our Supply Chain team. Reporting directly to our Director of Supply Chain, this is a full-time, on-site position at our facility. Remote work is not available for this role.

**Essential Functions:**

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, OR 6 years of experience in business management, merchandising, or a similar field.
- Previous experience leading supply chain teams is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MRP operating principles is required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience working with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Familiarity with import/export processes and associated documentation is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage large data sets and make informed decisions.
