What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Administrator (Atlassian) Level 2 (2025-0034) position at Acclaim Technical Services?
ATS is actively hiring a Systems Administrator (Atlassian Tools) with TS/SCI w/ Polygraph supporting our Engineering Services and Solutions Division in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility for this position will be managing and documenting our Atlassian environment to include Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and Bitbucket, in addition to other add-on features to those products.Individual will also need to be proficient in the management of the front-end applications.Knowledge of the Linux back-end would be ideal. Will manage the tracking and implementation of updates and licensing of these systems. Should be able to work with little oversight. Candidate will also be responsible for assisting with compliance, i.e. tracking and managing the implementation of security measures and monitoring agents, along with providing user support for Windows desktop systems for both software and hardware issues, a responsibility shared by the team.
Knowledge of the following would bea plus:
- Networking, specifically using Cisco switches and firewalls
- NetApp (data storage)
- Rubrik (backup device)
- VMWare
- Linux
Pay Range: There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is $220,00 to $240,000
