Responsibilities:
- Provide senior leadership and strategic direction to the organization staff
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management
- Oversee facility marketing activities to ensure census growth and development
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Lead business development efforts to expand the organization's reach and impact
-Interfaces with HHSC, state and other local agency
-Responsible for overall facility compliance
Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization
- Solid background in operations management, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Track record of driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
-Must have CALM certification or willing to acquire with assistance in 90 days.
-Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
-LVN/LPN preferred but not required
