As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of our aesthetic laser products. You will work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous innovation. Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of aesthetic laser products, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and unmet customer needs.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders.
Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize and oversee product development efforts.
Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.
Work closely with marketing and sales to craft product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and internal teams for continuous improvement.
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and industry trends to drive decision-making and product enhancements.
Stay current on advancements in aesthetic technology, regulatory requirements, and competitor products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the aesthetics, medical device, or technology industry.

Strong understanding of the aesthetic laser market, including clinical applications, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.

Proven track record of managing successful product launches and product lifecycle management.

Experience conducting market research to uncover needs and customer insights that drive innovative solutions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with R&D, marketing, and sales teams.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
