Job Title: SAP Engagement manager
Location: Hybrid, Houston, TX (Day one on site)
SAP Engagement manager primary responsibility
- 15 years of experience Functional depth in one area and exposure to others to be able to understand the big picture
- Manage an end-to-end SAP Managed Services program Finance, Supply chain and Asset management
- Strong ITIL foundation
- Knowledge of SAP Functional areas i.e. month end , Order to cash process etc. to hold a process level discussion with the stakeholder with the ability to articulate the impact of an issue on the business.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any issues that may arise
- Establish governance structure to manage a team of 150 .
- Team Leadership - Ability to motivate different SAP functional/technical teams to work together to solve a customer issue holistically
- Continual Improvement: Lead with examples on how the team should approach continuous improvement, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices
- Partner with other ecosystem SI's to ensure end to end service is delivered
