SAP GRC - Houston

Location : Houston , Texas (Hybrid)

Job description -

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.):

8-10 Years in implementing, customizing, maintaining SAP GRC Solution in the areas of Access Control, Process Control and Enterprise Risk Management

Technical/Functional Skills

1. Experience in newer SAP Application such as HANA, S4, Fiori, IDM, GRC Process Control, GRC Risk Management, Audit Management, Fraud Management etc

2. Good understanding on concepts of Segregation of Duties SoD

3. Ability to perform Solution Architect tasks working on defining solutions in response of client request for proposal, technical design and development of SAP GRC AC functions for programs, projects and change requests.

4. Experience in end-to-end SAP GRC AC project implementation, ability to conduct workshops, manage and plan for UAT, Regression Testing, Cutover and Hyper care activities.

5. Extensive experience in the design and development of SAP GRC AC policies, strategy, and Governance Risk and Compliance Experience with regulatory compliance such as Sarbanes Oxley is a requirement

6. Build and Customize rule sets to match the business needs and processes

7. Tracing the functionality after development phase and then designing the Roles/Composites, following SOD analysis and approval process to meet the timely deadlines.

8. Establish an approach to review and determine the applicability of extension for the SOD/CA ruleset

9. Determine the list of transactions (Tcodes) and Fiori apps that should be categorized as Critical access (CA)

10. Validate the process, SoDs and CA risks with relevant parties (Internal Control team, Auditors, Business Owners)

11. Ability to perform security remediation.
