Your Role :
Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback.
Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans tailored to client needs and progress.
Support families with strategies and tools to foster success in and outside of therapy.
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity and excellence in client care.
Build a positive, solutions-oriented environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
What You Bring :
A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Utah (or eligibility to obtain before starting).
A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
