Your Responsibilities :
Develop and oversee comprehensive outreach strategies to promote Acclimate ABA’s mission and services.
Build and nurture relationships with schools, medical offices, local organizations, and community partners.
Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking opportunities, acting as the face of Acclimate ABA.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach aligns with organizational objectives.
Identify and pursue innovative opportunities to increase visibility and expand service reach.
Utilize social media platforms to drive engagement, promote services, and connect with the community.
What We’re Looking For :
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with ABA services or a passion for supporting individuals with developmental challenges (preferred).
Experience in community engagement, outreach, or marketing.
Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and engagement strategies (a plus).
