- This position is responsible for managing and maintaining office receipts and invoices, maintaining office spreadsheets, reconciling spreadsheets, calling on delinquent accounts, filing, and renewing licenses, vehicle tags, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices and receipts. Track down missing receipts.
- Maintain and reconcile business spreadsheets by verifying, recording, and properly coding all transactions.
- Communicate with CPA.
- Review transactions for accuracy. Look for duplicate receipts, overpayments, late, or missing payments.
- Resolve payment discrepancies. Contact customers to arrange for payment on delinquent accounts.
- Reconcile monthly statements to ensure payments are accurate for phone, trash, insurance, etc.
- Renew licenses, bonds, permits, vehicle tags, etc. Maintain those dates on the office calendar.
- File, organize, and maintain documents.
- Manage and maintain office and vehicle keys and key box.
- Review payroll once per month.
- Office knowledge.
- Keep office area clean.
- Other duties as assigned
