Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate community events, both virtual and in-person, that foster connection and engagement through the NOWINCLUDED brand.
- Organize, track, and operationalize all aspects of community events.
- Develop experiences that encourage meaningful interactions, such as live Q&A sessions, member panels, or exclusive app-only partner events.
- Experiment with creative approaches, such as themed events, interactive challenges, or pop-up activations, to keep members excited and involved.
- Gather event feedback and track community outcomes.
- Leverage the NOWINCLUDED app to promote events, share updates, and create interactive opportunities for members.
- Analyze member feedback to continuously improve event offerings.
- Stay updated on trends in community engagement to introduce innovative ideas.
- Work with the product team to develop digital experiences and features (e.g., polls, chat rooms, exclusive events) that foster member engagement.
- Work with community partnerships and external organizations to co-host events or amplify engagement opportunities.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Ability to work onsite three days per week.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for curating memorable experiences.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to design interactive opportunities that foster member participation and community connection.
- Experience analyzing engagement data to evaluate event success, refine strategies, and inform future initiatives.
- Proficiency with event management platforms, digital tools (e.g., Streamyard, Zoom, Eventbrite), and engagement tracking systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing.
- Strong creative and innovative thinker.
