Acclinate seeks a highly motivated and experienced Medical Reviewer to join our growing Community Operations team and expand the reach and impact of NOWINCLUDED. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and cultural sensitivity of health information created for our NOWINCLUDED community. You will leverage your clinical expertise to review materials and support the strategic creation of content, supervise human- and AI-generated materials, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for delivering health information to our diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Review: Critically evaluate a wide range of health-related engagement materials, including, but not limited to, long- and short-form written content, videos, and audio-forward content ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with credible references.
• Clinical Expertise: Utilize your clinical knowledge to interpret and contextualize health information, ensuring plain language and other accessibility needs are met for the NOWINCLUDED community.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate closely with community engagement, medical affairs, marketing team members to refine and optimize health information for different platforms and audiences, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and culturally relevant.
• AI Supervision: Oversee the quality and accuracy of AI-generated content, identifying potential biases, errors, or inconsistencies. Provide feedback to improve the performance of AI tools.
• AI Integration: Actively utilize generative AI and implement new AI-based tools and technologies to enhance community engagement efforts across the NOWINCLUDED platform.
• Research and Referencing: Conduct thorough research to verify the accuracy of information and stay abreast of the latest developments in healthcare and AI.
• Data-Driven Engagement: Analyze community engagement to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement using insights to inform engagement strategies and personalization efforts.
  
  

Qualifications

• Clinical background (PharmD, PhD, MD, RN, or equivalent)
• Skilled at medical content review - 3 years of experience (medical writing experience is a major plus)
• AI literacy (i.e., understanding of AI applications in healthcare, including natural language processing and machine learning)
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Commitment to health equity and cultural sensitivity
