Under the direction of the Regional Service Sales Manager, this position will be primarily responsible for matching ACCO as the premier service and maintenance provider with a select clientele for the purpose of providing them maintenance solutions and increasing ACCO’s market share in the area.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Travel
25% of the time to and from the primary office to regional branch offices and customer job site.
Competitive Wages
$38.47 to $57.70 per hour. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. General Job Description:
Under the direction of the Regional Service Sales Manager, this position will be primarily responsible for matching ACCO as the premier service and maintenance provider with a select clientele for the purpose of providing them maintenance solutions and increasing ACCO’s market share in the area.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Recommend and attend sales and technical training courses, as approved by management.
- Prospect, cold-call and network to develop leads and sales opportunities.
- Identify, pre-qualify and call on non-contract customers to introduce our company and services we offer.
- Write proposals and contracts for maintenance to the above-described customers.
- Learn maintenance estimating software.
- Obtain immediate technical abilities in discussing HVAC equipment and their maintenance requirements.
- Using acceptable software and other internal resources, prepare estimates for those maintenance contracts you will be proposing.
- Follow-up on sales leads and lists generated by management and others.
- As scheduling allows, accompany field maintenance technicians as they perform preventive maintenance for contract customers.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the marketing and sales of services related to technical products and/or systems. Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
- Must have an understanding of customer needs and service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills and the ability relate well with a variety of personality types.
- The ability to work well with others and in a team environment.
- Be proficient with contact management software or system.
- Proven ability to prospect and network to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Self-discipline to maintain a steady, strong work ethic in a flexible work environment.
- Client entertainment, including lunches, ballgames, gifts, etc.
- Experience selling and presenting intangible service products.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness and ability to work as long as it takes meet deadlines.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
