Compensation for this position is set at $23 / hour.

This person will need to work hybrid from our Seattle, WA office three days per week.

Accolade's internship program runs June 9th-August 15th, 2025.

Role overview

The Graphic Designer Intern will shadow the Design team and learn about how Graphic Design impacts business objectives, creates engagement, builds awareness, and is a key part in growing and maintaining a business.

They will :

• Lead lower-level design requests and aid a Sr. Designer in larger projects.
• Execute design tasks that span across multiple areas of the business such as Solutions Marketing, Member Engagement, and more.
