$330,000 Total Package - Includes 10 Weeks PTO

90 Minutes to Louisville, Lexington, Bowling Green

OVERVIEW

· Stable Anesthesia Practice

· Monday – Friday

· 8 Hour Shifts (7A – 3P)

· 1:8 Call, Post Call Day Off

· In House Not Required

· 10 Weeks Off Per Year

· No Trauma, No Hearts, No Heads

· Mostly OBGYN, Ortho, ENT, General, Urology

· 4-5 CRNA’s Working Daily

· Physician On Site

· Reside within 30 minutes of Hospital

· Provider Lounge with Free Breakfast & Lunch

· Meditech EMR

· 4 County 110,000 Catchment Area

PACKAGE

· $330,000 Annual Compensation
