OVERVIEW
Outpatient facilities provide primary and geriatric care. Physicians practice at the top of their licenses, complete charting during office hours, and have a life outside of the office. You will have the freedom to provide the kind of care that you would want your grandparents to receive.
Clinic schedules Lyft / Uber rides as needed, when the appointment is scheduled. Clinic also organizes Cooking Classes, Chair Yoga, Silver Sneakers, Senior Prom's, Birthday parties & other events to engage our Senior Patients and keep them active.
DUTIES
Primary Care ' outpatient
Value Based Care model with focus on continuity of care versus high daily volume
Hours- Monday ' Friday 8a-5p
Call : 1 : 8; Average 3-5 total calls per week; 1 week of call every 8 weeks.
Average 10 patients per day : Build from 6 patients per day on day 1.
Physicians have their own care team / scheduler, MA, referral specialist, Nurse, Case Manager, Social Worker & Outreach Specialist
EKG's and Labs in the Center
PACKAGE
Salary range $250k -$280k commensurate with experience
Start Bonus : Up to $15k.
Annual incentive bonus : up to $28% of base pay (most make around $20%)
Partnership after 3 years (no buy-in)
