LOCAL PRIMARY CARE WITH A MISSION
Our uplifting dedicated professionals will serve our patients whole health needs while providing an enjoyable experience. Wide range of services from pediatric to geriatric and also employment screenings / occupational medicine.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Physician leads a competent team consisting of a pharmacist, nurse, health coach, behavioral health specialist & medical assistant.
Schedule 8-5 : 30 M-F ( can do 4x10hr shifts) Last patient 4 : 40p
NO Call
Average time per patient visit 30 minutes OR Annual Wellness visits 1hr
Independent Primary care center not hospital affiliated
12-15 patients a day / Complex patients seen 6-8x's a year
PACKAGE
Pay Range : $230-$250k Base 10% Bonus
Full benefits, Free Urgent Care, 401k, 1wk. CME 4wks. PTO 6 paid holidays
SKILLS
MD / DO Board Certified / Board Eligible ((If recently completed residency)
Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, ambulatory care preferred.
DEA, BLS, EMR proficiency
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
Salary : $230,000 - $250,000
