Medical Director Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Director to join our team at a community hospital in North Central Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package, including a $15,000 sign-on bonus and up to $355,000 total package. Our employer-paid retirement contributions total $30,000 annually, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and malpractice coverage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our emergency medicine department, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. They will also be expected to participate in quality improvement initiatives, mentor junior staff members, and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold ABEM certification and have at least 1 year of experience as an EM physician. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
