COMMUNITY : North Central Indiana has some of the most vibrant places to live in Indiana. Living in Mishawaka / South Bend offers residents a dense suburban feel with plenty of shopping, a discount mall, NCAA college sports, eclectic restaurants for fine dining or ethnic food options. Most residents own their homes. The city and nearby communities have plenty of outdoor recreation activities. This includes Southern Michigan which has lakes for fishing just minutes away. Many families and young professionals live in South Bend. Also, a college scene with a long history at Notre Dame University.
OPPORTUNITY :
- Full range of Primary Care, all ages, families of employees
- Skin procedures, EKG, Acute visits, Annual physicals
- Call : max of 2 per month
- Can take care of patients without copays and deductibles
- Patient volume : Avg. 12-15j (busiest days 15-17)
- Patient demographics : 50 / 50 men / women, (12% ages 2-26)
- Clinic Staff : 2-MDs, 2-APPs, 5-MAs
COMPENSATION :
up to 5% with a 3-year vesting schedule
