HIGHLIGHTS
Role :
- Avg. 20 patients a day (23-24 scheduled (-) cancellations)
- 15-20 minutes with ea. patient
- Patients 18yrs old and up (need to be okay seeing both age groups)
- Call : One week of Call once a year
- Salary : $220,000.00 - $240,000.00
- A sign on bonus of $20,000.00 will be paid in one lump sum for 2 years.
- Will pay a differential hourly rate on Saturdays. (Office is currently open Saturday from 8am – 12pm. The physicians rotate Saturdays) Extra $550.00 for 1\2 day
- Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually
- Malpractice insurance will be paid by Community Medical Group
- Eligibility for enrollment into Community Medical Group’s health and benefit plans : (Available on day one)
- UnitedHealth Care health insurance, dental and vision insurance (requiring a contribution by you based on your coverage level)
- Coverage of one-time your annual salary Basic Life and AD&D up to $200k (100% employer paid)
