Physician Role Overview
- Average 16-22 patients per day.
- Enjoy a work-life balance with four-day work weeks.
- Option for five days if preferred.
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Our clinic has a supportive team of staff and other providers.
- No hospital rotation is required.
- You can expect to receive call coverage approximately two to three weeks out of the year.

- Ongoing evaluation allows us to transition to a production model at 18 months – average earnings under this plan reach $400k/year.

Requirements
- You must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- A valid license in Vermont is required.
Salary : $6,000 - $400,000
